Recently, Zhongnan Steel Structure's "Research on High rise Building Corrugated Steel Plate Composite Structure System" was recognized by the Hangzhou Urban and Rural Construction Commission as the "2020 Hangzhou New Building Industrialization Demonstration Project". This is another major measure taken by Hangzhou to fully leverage the leading and driving role of demonstration projects, accelerate the pilot work of steel structure prefabricated housing, continue to promote the healthy development of new building industrialization in Hangzhou, and promote the high-quality development of the construction industry. It also requires all demonstration projects to strengthen experience exchange and promotion, actively cooperate with relevant units in the industry to visit and learn, and effectively play the leading and driving role of demonstration projects.

The domestically advanced and internationally leading "waveform steel plate composite structure system" technology achievement developed by Zhongnan Steel Structure in collaboration with Tsinghua University has been implemented and applied in many projects such as Building 10 of Sijihuayu in Luohu, Cangzhou, Building 7 of Xiangde Residential Project A in Sanhe City, Haochuang Bihai Shiguang Residential Community Project in Hainan, and Jianger Community Residential Project in Binjiang District, Hangzhou. It has demonstrated high bearing efficiency, strong seismic performance, high production efficiency, low welding volume, fast construction, and large actual usage area, and has been highly recognized by relevant government departments and construction units, winning the reputation of many homeowners.
This is another recognition that Zhongnan Steel Structure has received after being recognized as a national prefabricated construction industry base, a demonstration enterprise for modernization of the construction industry in Zhejiang Province, a demonstration enterprise for construction industrialization in Zhejiang Province, and a production base for new construction industrialization in Hangzhou City. Zhongnan Steel Structure will strive to leverage the advantages and leading role of prefabricated building technology, accelerate the publicity, promotion, and implementation of the "waveform steel plate composite structure system" technology achievements, and further enhance the research and development of new prefabricated technologies and products.
