Talent Training

Internal training: Zhongnan Steel Structure has set up multi-dimensional and multi-level training system, constantly invited experts and scholars at home and abroad to give lectures and guidance on production and technologies and dispatches personnel to universities or abroad for further education; based on the principle of appropriate post for appropriate people, internal turnover is encouraged and internal job bidding is preferred for various posts.
