They warmly visited the frontline construction workers who are fighting hard in Hangzhou, and sent the company's leaders' warm care and sincere loyalty to the frontline workers who are working hard under high temperatures. Since entering the high temperature season, facing another scorching summer with rolling heat waves, leaders at all levels of Zhongnan Steel Structure have shown great concern for all frontline workers in production and construction. The general manager has repeatedly emphasized that relevant leaders should effectively carry out heatstroke prevention, cooling, and safety protection work for frontline workers to ensure their physical health and operational safety. The care of company leaders has added motivation to frontline workers. All frontline workers stick to their respective positions, enduring the scorching sun and high temperatures every day, welding at high altitudes, assembling on workbenches, operating next to flame cutting machines, and working hard on their respective production lines. They resist high temperatures with perseverance, overcome themselves with willpower, and water every day's achievements with sweat, striving for the progress and development of Zhongnan Steel Structure every day.
At the Xiaoshan and Fuyang production bases, the heat generated by various equipment such as welding machines and cutting machines is combined with high-temperature air, adding a lot of heat to the production workshop. Despite the large displacement electric fans of each team blowing all day long, the stuffiness in the workshop mercilessly tests every worker on the production position. Frontline workers in production always stick to their respective positions, enduring the heat wave and working overtime, wiping away sweat from their faces from time to time, never complaining or feeling tired, and calmly completing every task.

At the construction site, although the adjustment of the work time effectively avoided the hottest period of the day, the site remained unbearably hot, and the steel components exposed to the sun were scorching hot. The construction personnel persevered at the work site with tenacious perseverance, welding and assembling. Sweat soaked the entire set of clothes, and towels were twisted countless times to remove sweat. They completed difficult tasks in the test of high temperature, silently persevering and fighting for the smooth completion of the project.
