On the morning of August 7, 2021, the election ceremony for the new committee members of the Zhejiang Zhongnan Construction Group Steel Structure Company Branch Committee of the Communist Party of China was held in the conference room on the 3rd floor of Zhongnan Construction Building. A total of 38 party members (43 in total) were present, and 5 party members took leave for business trips. The meeting was chaired by Comrade Zhang Meili, Deputy Secretary of the Party Branch.

Comrade Wang Yuwei, the secretary of the Party branch, delivered a report on the work of the current Party branch. The report points out that under the correct leadership of the Party Committee of the Group, this branch adheres to the Party's line, principles, and policies, closely focuses on the spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping's important speech and the Party's new ideas and theories as the main line, carries out various Party lesson learning and education activities with the theme of "not forgetting the original aspiration and keeping in mind the mission", strives to do a good job in various Party affairs, and has received praise from the Party Committee and other higher-level Party organizations of the Group. The report is divided into four parts: The first part reports that the current party branch actively carried out various party affairs work, made efforts to build the party member team, carried out various forms of party building theme activities and red pile foundation revolutionary education activities, further enhanced party spirit education, and ensured the excellent quality of the party member team. The second part reported that all party members actively played an exemplary and leading role, worked hard to complete various missions, achieved stable economic growth and rapid development of the company for many years, and established a higher brand status. The third part reports on the ingenuity and dedication of the company's party members and cadres. Model party members continue to emerge, outstanding cadres demonstrate their style, and play a pioneering and exemplary role on various fronts. The fourth part points out the shortcomings in the work of this branch and looks forward to strengthening attention and continuous improvement.

Secretary Wang Yuwei hopes that all party members, under the leadership of the new branch team, will continue to work hard, forge ahead, and show a new face, accumulate new energy, and make new contributions on the path of high-quality development of the company, the new beginning of the national 14th Five Year Plan, and the second century long struggle of our party to create new brilliance.
Secretary Wang Yuwei's work report won warm applause from the attending party members and was approved by all party members after deliberation. According to the agenda of the general election conference, the conference approved the "General Election Conference Agenda", "Election Methods" (draft), "Candidate List", and "List of Supervisors and Counting Personnel" (draft) through a show of hands vote. After anonymous voting, five comrades Wang Yuwei, Wang Haishan, Zhang Meili, Li Yongxing, and Zhang Cheng were elected as members of the new Party branch committee. The general election conference ended with warm and long-lasting applause from all Party members.

The election of the members of the new party branch committee indicates that under the leadership of the new party branch team, the Central South Steel Structure will hold high the party's banner, take a new step, start a new journey, compose new poems, and strive to create a new glory of the Central South Steel Structure in the beginning of the 14th Five Year Plan, the second century struggle of the CPC, and the way forward for the Central South Steel Structure to move towards high-quality development.
