The project is located in Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province, with a construction area of 30382 square meters. It adopts multiple two-way oblique hyperbolic paraboloid mesh shell steel mesh tubes with different diameters as the main structural load-bearing columns, buckling restrained support system, buckling restrained energy dissipation steel plate wall, TMD damper, laminated rubber isolation bearing and many other new technologies and processes. It has won the China Steel Structure Gold Award and the Zhejiang Province Building Steel Structure Golden Horse Award.
