On May 9, 2021, the Central South Steel Structure Xiaoshan Production Base and Hangzhou Central South Steel Structure Co., Ltd. organized party members, cadres and outstanding employees to carry out a red journey team building activity with the theme of "a new journey for a hundred years, let's start again", in order to present a gift to the 100th anniversary of the founding of the CPC.
In order to commemorate the 100th anniversary of the founding of the CPC, enrich the spare time cultural life of employees, express their patriotic feelings, and create a new situation in their work with full enthusiasm and the spirit of unity and struggle, Hangzhou Zhongnan Steel Structure Co., Ltd., the production base of Zhongnan Steel Structure, organized and carried out this red journey education activity. On the day of the event, under the leadership of Liu Jihu, the production director of the headquarters, and Guo Jun, the base manager, a total of 42 leaders, cadres, and outstanding employees participated in the event. The event departs from the production base at 8am and the bus travels eastward to reach the former residence of our beloved Premier Zhou Enlai in the city center of Shaoxing. There are numerous items displayed in the former residence, including many items used by Premier Zhou Enlai during his youth, as well as many books, manuscripts, etc. that Premier Zhou Enlai returned to his hometown in March 1939 to promote the anti Japanese struggle. These vividly demonstrate the close connection between Premier Zhou Enlai and his hometown Shaoxing, as well as the living scenes of the Zhou family in that era, reproducing and praising Premier Zhou Enlai's glorious life in battle.

After visiting and studying the former residence of Premier Zhou Enlai, we saw the noble spirit of the CPC people who fought for the cause of the party tenaciously and persistently displayed from the great generation of Premier Zhou Enlai. These have become the banner of the times and the revolutionary ancestors who are always remembered by history, inspiring and nurturing generations of CPC to struggle for the cause of the party all their lives. After the visit, all personnel took an oath to the party flag in front of the statue of Premier Zhou Enlai, expressing their loyalty and love for the party with a resounding oath.

After visiting Zhou Enlai's former residence, all personnel carried out team building activities with the theme of "red" at the expansion base. The competition was held after the high pitched national anthem of all participants, in the form of group competitions, and various activities such as "Brave Long March Road", "Battle Drum Beating", "Battlefield Grain Transport" were carried out successively. Production Director Liu Jihu gave a speech before the start of the event, expressing affirmation and support for the launch of the Red Tour activity. He encouraged everyone to learn from revolutionary predecessors in their future work, remember history, be not afraid of hard work, set an example, and make their own efforts for the development of the company.

The Red Journey team building activity ended at 6:30 pm on the same day. Through this activity, participating party members, cadres, and outstanding employees once again experienced the glorious journey of revolutionary predecessors working hard for the party and the people, learned from the heroic spirit of revolutionary martyrs, strengthened their ideal beliefs of fearlessness and unity, and once again integrated the red gene into the hearts of employees, making the corporate culture more mellow and positive energy further enhanced.
Through the implementation of this event, not only did we commemorate and inherit the heroic spirit of revolutionary martyrs who worked hard and were not afraid of sacrifice, but we also created a new atmosphere of taking revolutionary martyrs as role models and striving to do our job well; Through the implementation of this activity, the party members, cadres, and outstanding employees participating in team building have once again strengthened their will, and gathered the team strength of unity and hard work, establishing confidence and strengthening their beliefs for the successful completion of various work tasks.
