In March 2021, Zhejiang Yuegong Steel Structure Co., Ltd. carried out the steel structure project for the fourth, tenth, fourteenth, sixteenth, first, eighth, eleventh, fifteenth, and second sections of the E-line, spanning the Xiaoyong Railway bridge on the S308 Provincial Road (Second Ring West Road Smart Expressway).
