Central South Steel Structure organizes special education and training on "Digital Informatization"
On the morning of February 27th, Zhongnan Steel Structure held a special education and training on enterprise digital informatization. This education and training invited information technology experts from Zhongnan Construction Group, members of the national level CIMS application demonstration project expert group, government procurement evaluation experts specially appointed by the National Development and Reform Commission and the Department of Finance for enterprise informatization, and Professor Deng Mingchuan from the School of Business Administration at Sichuan University. In the keynote speech, Director Deng Mingchuan focused on the concept, development history, basic knowledge, similarities and differences between digital information management and conventional management, the work style that digital information management requires employees to change, and how to promote the construction of digital information management in the company. He discussed the foresight and importance of information construction for the company from four aspects: internal and external environment, overall planning of prefabricated buildings, organizational support system, digital construction, and budget. He also pointed out the impact and changes that information construction will bring to decision-making, operation, finance, technology, human resources, and other aspects. He guided the company in the overall implementation process of information construction projects, which experienced a "smile curve" psychological state. He analyzed the system selection, management changes, human resources, quality, progress, and other aspects of the implementation process Provide systematic training for operators at each stage to address financial and expected risks; Finally, through video presentation, successful market cases were used to visually guide the participating representatives to better understand the systematic and important nature of information technology construction.
