The steel structure residential project of Building 10, Sijihuayu, Luohu, Cangzhou, undertaken by Zhongnan Steel Structure, completed all the construction of the main structure in June 2020 and passed the acceptance of the main structure by relevant departments in August of the same year. During the construction period, the project received attention from various sectors of society and the general public. After completion, due to its spacious interior space and advantages such as being conducive to decoration, it gained the love of homeowners and citizens.

The Luohu Sijihuayu project is the first high-rise residential project implemented by Zhongnan Steel Structure to apply independently developed waveform steel plate composite structure technology achievements. It is also the first project constructed in accordance with the "Technical Regulations for Waveform Steel Plate Composite Structures" after its implementation in China. Since the contract was signed, Zhongnan Steel Structure technicians and technical leaders have conducted on-site inspections multiple times, organized technicians to develop scientific and reasonable construction technology plans, and used BIM technology to produce simulated construction animations throughout the entire process. BIM technology is used to provide technical guidance for on-site construction, ensuring that the project construction can be carried out strictly in accordance with the construction technology plan and successfully completed as planned.

After the successful completion of Building 10 of Four Seasons Flower Language in Luohu, Cangzhou, it has received widespread praise in the industry. The China Construction Metal Structure Association organized an expert group to conduct a comprehensive inspection of the project site on December 20, 2020, unanimously recognizing the construction quality of the project and successfully passing the comprehensive evaluation of the China Steel Structure Gold Award.

While the Four Seasons Flower Language in Luohu, Cangzhou is about to be successfully completed, several projects such as Jiang'er Village Residential Building and Xiangde Residential Building in Sanhe City, Hebei Province, constructed by Zhongnan Steel Structure using waveform steel plate composite structure technology, are also being constructed in an orderly manner. After these projects are completed, they will create a more comfortable living environment for thousands of households, allowing them to enjoy a more pleasant and beautiful life.
