At the meeting, Wu Jianrong, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Group, first affirmed the operation and party building work of Zhongnan Steel Structure, and pointed out that 2021 is the year of the 100th anniversary of the founding of the Party, the beginning of the national "14th Five Year Plan", as well as the year of the Group's innovative development and brand enhancement. In the face of the reform of the national qualification system, steel structure companies are facing enormous opportunities, not just challenges. All party members and cadres should unite and work hard, establish new goals based on a new starting point, embark on a new journey, and create new brilliance. To lay a solid foundation for the smooth realization of the development goals of the 14th Five Year Plan, all Party members and leaders must focus on the four major articles of "innovation, reform, development, and branding" and actively establish the six major consciousness of "service, quality, safety, competition, risk, and overall situation".

According to the meeting arrangement, Comrade Ma Haiwei read out the "Opinions on Consolidating and Deepening the Achievements of the Theme Education of 'Remembering the Original Aspiration and Keeping the Mission in Mind'", with a total of 9 opinions, aiming to promote the implementation and effectiveness of various tasks related to consolidating and deepening the achievements of the theme education of 'Remembering the Original Aspiration and Keeping the Mission in Mind'. At the theme meeting, representatives of party members and leading cadres spoke up one after another, criticizing and self-criticism against the Party Constitution and regulations and their respective job responsibilities. They identified gaps and made improvements based on domestic and international market conditions, setting clear goals and directions for future work.
