In order to ensure the high standard resumption of construction projects after the holiday, the Central South Steel Structure Engineering Management Department has started from three aspects: organizational support, resumption plan, and safety management, and is fully committed to safeguarding the resumption of projects.
On the tenth day of the Lunar New Year, which is the first working day after the Spring Festival, Vice General Manager Wang Junjie organized a special meeting on project resumption for the construction personnel of the engineering department and project managers of various ongoing projects. After listening to reports on the return of workers, material implementation, and safety hazard investigation of various ongoing projects, based on the actual situation of the ongoing projects, an overall deployment was made for the resumption of work of various engineering project departments after the holiday, and specific work requirements were put forward to ensure progress, quality, and safety, in order to ensure effective connection between pre holiday and post holiday work and quick and orderly resumption of work after the holiday.
At the meeting, Vice General Manager Wang Junjie requested that each project manager strictly formulate and implement a plan for the return of construction personnel to work. Each project management personnel should return to work within the prescribed time according to company regulations and arrive at the construction site in advance to ensure that the resumption of work after the holiday is carried out in an orderly manner according to the plan. The meeting also emphasized the need to strictly manage safety, supervise safety, conduct safety inspections, implement safety responsibilities, and comprehensively carry out various safety management work before and after project resumption to ensure the smooth and safe resumption of construction projects.
According to the meeting arrangement, the leaders of the Engineering Management Department and the quality and safety personnel of the Engineering Department conducted a comprehensive inspection of various work on the construction site of the Jiang'er Village project the next day. A safety education briefing meeting was organized for the high-altitude operation of the project. Cao Benfu, the manager of the Engineering Management Department, emphasized at the meeting that during the high-altitude operation construction process, safety management personnel should strictly follow the safety construction implementation rules and operating specifications, strengthen safety education and supervision of operators, improve the independent safety awareness of construction personnel, strictly inspect the quality and operation of various safety facilities, and make preparations before resuming work as required to ensure the safety and smoothness of construction operations.
