Zhongnan Steel Structure held its third quarter work conference
On October 20, 2020, the third quarter work conference of Zhongnan Steel Structure was held in Conference Room 304 of Zhongnan Construction Building. The conference was chaired by Wang Haishan, Executive Vice General Manager of the company, and a total of 56 middle and senior level leaders attended the conference.

The meeting will first have the Chief Financial Officer report to Dexing on the completion of the company's economic indicators for the first three quarters of this year. According to data, from January to September this year, although the company was severely affected by the epidemic, after resuming work and production, with the concerted efforts of all employees on various fronts, the company has basically completed all economic indicators for the first three quarters. It is expected to fully achieve the economic targets and tasks set at the beginning of 2020.

Subsequently, Executive Vice General Manager Wang Haishan presented the company's production and operation management work report for the first three quarters. Under the high attention of leaders at all levels of the company, each department has fulfilled its duties, responsibilities, and demonstrated its strengths, overcoming numerous difficulties and achieving certain results in various fields from reversing the situation in April to going against the current. In the construction projects, five projects including the 2020 World Leisure Congress Main Venue Project, Qingfeng County Sports Center Gymnasium Project, and Fuyang Science and Technology Cultural Center Project have won the National Steel Structure Quality Engineering Gold Award and Provincial Steel Award; In terms of technological innovation, after four years of research and application, the chief editor's "Technical Specification for Corrugated Steel Plate Composite Structures" (No. T/CECS624-2019) was officially released and implemented on March 1, 2020 after being reviewed by the China Engineering Construction Standardization Association. In addition, technical personnel have also published 8 papers on steel structure construction technology. According to the production and operation situation in the first three quarters, there has been progress and shortcomings in the work of various departments, and there is a need to improve professional knowledge and work ability. The strength of frontline workers and construction management personnel in the production base needs to be enhanced, and safety production management work needs to be strengthened. There must be no carelessness or slackness, and the alarm bell must be sounded and precautions must be taken at all times.

Finally, General Manager Wang Yuwei gave work instructions at the meeting, briefly summarizing the company's sales, production, safety, technological innovation, institutional construction, talent cultivation, performance evaluation, and other aspects in the first three quarters. He put forward higher requirements and expectations, and made arrangements for the company's fourth quarter and the beginning of 2021. There are seven points in total: firstly, the sales strategy should continue to maintain a stable situation, adhere to the vertical expansion of business channels, attach importance to the development of cooperative relationships with large design institutes, and increase the promotion of the technology of corrugated steel plate shear wall structure system; Secondly, the two production bases of Dangwan Town in Xiaoshan District and Changkou Town in Fuyang District should actively mobilize available resources and strive to shorten the gap with the planned output; Thirdly, it is necessary to strengthen the education and promotion of safety production, learn from lessons, summarize experience, strengthen management methods, and increase safety inspections; Fourthly, each department should improve the service level of all staff, in order to achieve the dynamic flow of old customers driving new customers and old projects expanding into new projects; Fifth, seize the market development opportunity of the EPC mode of engineering general contracting and promote the commercial innovation model of the construction industry chain ecosystem; Sixth, advance the construction of talent teams and the reserve of professional personnel in the national qualification reform; Seventh, ensure the realization of the company's large-scale production pattern by 2022.

At the meeting, General Manager Wang Yuwei put forward five opinions on the development of future work: 1. Breaking traditional fixed thinking and advocating innovative management; 2. A mature and effective system can not only prevent risks from arising, but also prescribe targeted and comprehensive measures to resolve risks. Having talent is the key to having a future. The long-term development of a company must be supported by talent. Cadres should lead department employees to establish a work style of "strictness, meticulousness, and practicality", change their work style, pay attention to details, and do any work with precision, precision, and practicality, improve their professionalism, and enhance their execution ability; 5.
