On September 19, 2020, the four-day Zhongnan Steel Structure's third "Eagle Plan" and new generation special training camp came to a successful end, with a total of 63 students participating in the special training.

According to the company's annual training plan, the third phase of the Eagle Plan and New Generation Special Training Camp of Zhongnan Steel Structure was grandly held on September 16, 2020 in the conference room on the third floor of Zhongnan Construction Building. New employees from the company's design and research institute, chief engineer office, engineering department, business department, operation department, centralized procurement department, sales department, comprehensive management office, and production base, dressed in camouflage uniforms, participated in the opening ceremony that morning with great vigor. Vice General Manager Wang Junjie delivered a speech at the opening ceremony and hoped that the trainees would have the vitality and drive of young people during the special training period and in their future work. They should have the steel will of soldiers, dare to fight bravely, move forward courageously, humbly learn from the resilience and persistence of old employees, stick to their dreams, never give up, grow strong on the big stage of Zhongnan, and constantly surpass themselves. Leaders including Wang Haishan, Executive Vice General Manager of the company, Tang Haijiang, Deputy General Manager of Sales, and Han Chenyun, Director of the Comprehensive Management Office, attended the opening ceremony.

The four-day special training camp implements full military management, covering professional skills, career planning, corporate culture and future development strategies, team building, work communication, field expansion training and other training programs. Leaders such as Wang Haishan, Executive Vice General Manager of the company, Yuan Guoping, Wang Zaisheng, Guo Zhenliang, and Zhang Ke, Deputy Chief Engineer and Dean of the Design and Research Institute, conducted training and lectures on the company's development overview, corporate culture, development strategy, employee career planning, safety management knowledge, popularization of steel structure basic knowledge, development prospects of prefabricated buildings, basic knowledge of grid structures, and construction management. They helped students understand the company's development history, corporate culture, integrate into the company team more quickly, better inherit the spirit of Zhongnan, improve personal skills, enhance personal qualities, and quickly achieve the role transition from students to employees. The company leaders' lectures injected students with the work motivation and strong confidence to integrate into the Zhongnan family.

During the four-day special training, the company specially invited senior teachers from Zhejiang Shanwai Mountain Education Group to give full lectures. Through careful planning by training institutions and excellent teaching by instructors, the military training activities have cultivated the military temperament of the students. Through a variety of expansion projects such as trust back throw, aerial grab bar, survival wall, blind formation, Hanno Tower, and Rapid 60 seconds, the students have developed a sense of teamwork and a spirit of cooperation. In various activities, all the students were enthusiastic, worked together, continuously improved their cooperation ability, fully utilized the advantages of the team, demonstrated the drive and vitality of the new generation of employees, demonstrated the quick thinking and accurate thinking ability of the students, cultivated their unity, perseverance and determination to overcome difficulties, and injected positive energy into their future career development. At the end of this special training camp, after comprehensive evaluation of various activities, a total of 12 students were awarded the title of outstanding students in this special training camp.

The third phase of the Eagle Plan and the New Generation Special Training of Zhongnan Steel Structure have been successfully completed.
