According to the notice issued by the General Office of the Ministry of Housing and Urban Rural Development on September 10th regarding the recognition of the second batch of exemplary cities and industrial bases for prefabricated buildings, 121 enterprises including Zhejiang Zhongnan Construction Group Steel Structure Co., Ltd. have been recognized as the second batch of national prefabricated industrial bases based on the evaluation and recommendation of provincial housing and urban-rural construction authorities. After organizing expert review, Zhongnan Steel Structure can become a national prefabricated industrial base, which is both commendable and well deserved.
Since the strong promotion of prefabricated construction by the country, Zhejiang Zhongnan Construction Group Steel Structure Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Zhongnan Steel Structure) has actively responded to the national order, organized technical forces to explore and develop new technologies and processes for prefabricated construction, and jointly developed new technologies in the field of prefabricated construction with well-known universities such as Tsinghua University. A batch of clear and practical technology patents have been developed, including "A Wave Steel Plate Concrete Composite Structure and Its Computer Controlled Forming Method" and "Prefabricated Truss Composite Anti Side Structure". The technical achievements of "Wave Steel Plate Composite Structure System" developed in conjunction with Tsinghua University have been organized by the Science and Technology Development Promotion Center of the Ministry of Housing and Urban Rural Development and organized by five academicians including Dong Shilin and several professors The expert group members of the evaluation committee composed of masters have identified that "the research results of this project have high academic level and engineering application prospects, and have some innovation; the overall research results of this project have reached the international advanced level, among which the theoretical analysis and experimental research on the corrugated steel plate composite shear wall connected by tension bolts have reached the international leading level". The jointly compiled "Technical Specification for Corrugated Steel Plate Composite Structures" (No. T/CECS 624-2019) was reviewed by the Steel Structure Professional Committee of the China Engineering Construction Standardization Association and officially implemented on March 1, 2020; The implementation of this regulation provides a new and regulated structural system for the national prefabricated construction industry, promoting the forward development of China's prefabricated construction industry.
