On August 15th, the signing ceremony for the internship between Zhongnan Steel Structure and the directional class students of Sichuan Deyang Installation Technician College was held in the conference room on the 16th floor of Zhongnan Steel Structure. Company leaders including Production Director Liu Jihu, Director of Comprehensive Management Office Han Chenyun, Deputy Director Wang Weifeng, and 22 students from Sichuan Deyang Installation Technician College attended the signing ceremony and successfully signed the contract.

Zhongnan Steel Structure has a long-term cooperation with Sichuan Deyang Installation Technician College. Every year, a group of steel structure majors come to intern at the college. Most of the students sign labor contracts with the company after graduation to engage in professional related work. Many outstanding students have become technical backbones or leadership positions, becoming the backbone of the enterprise and making positive efforts and contributions to the development of the enterprise in their respective positions. The first batch of students who participated in the signing ceremony this time are from Zhongnan Steel Structure, which cooperated with Sichuan Deyang Installation Technician College to establish a targeted class in 2018. After two years of professional education and training at the college, these students have a good theoretical foundation in their field.
