Ningbo Xinle 220kV Substation Project constructed by Zhongnan Steel Structure

The main structure of the steel structure has been successfully topped up

Recently, the steel structure of the overall renovation project of Ningbo Xinle 220kV substation, undertaken by Zhongnan Steel Structure, was successfully topped. The project started preparing for operations on site on April 15, 2020. The first steel beam was lifted on April 23, and the final steel beam was lifted on May 6. In order to ensure the timely completion of the project, the builders of Zhongnan Steel Structure have carried forward the spirit of hard work and tenacious struggle, strictly prevented epidemic safety construction, followed regulations and civilized construction, and worked against time to accelerate the construction. They have promoted the completion of various key construction tasks of the Xinle Substation project with quality and quantity guaranteed.

The overall renovation project of Ningbo Xinle 220kV substation has a building area of 4990 square meters, a building height of 14 meters, and a structural type of partially two-story steel frame. The project is located in Chunhe Industrial Park, High tech Zone, Ningbo City. It is the first 220 kV steel structure fully indoor substation project in Ningbo area. The project is included in the energy construction plan of Zhejiang Province's "13th Five Year Plan" for power development. After the completion of the project, it will greatly change the current situation of insufficient capacity and outdated equipment in Xinle Substation, improve the grid structure, enhance power supply reliability, and ensure the electricity demand of the high-tech zone.

In the construction of this project, Zhongnan Steel Structure adheres to the concept of high-quality construction and creating high-quality projects, fully prepares for the early stage, holds multiple project seminars, and optimizes the construction plan. In order to reduce the impact of the epidemic and regain lost time, the project department has clarified tasks, reversed the construction period, implemented daily arrangements, and reported on a weekly basis, vigorously implemented the implementation of various tasks, and accelerated the progress of the project. Each batch of components takes only three days from entry to installation completion. During the May Day holiday, dozens of construction workers voluntarily gave up their holiday rest time and worked day and night on the construction site, striving to meet the deadline with all their might. The construction period of Xinle Substation project is 4 months, and it is planned to be completed on August 15, 2020.

The wall adopts lightweight energy-saving standardized C-shaped steel, square steel, and sandwich panels, which have good insulation and seismic resistance.
