At present, Fujian Chenggong International Convention and Exhibition Center, a new landmark building in Nan'an, built by Zhejiang Zhongnan Construction Group Steel Structure Co., Ltd., was awarded the 2014-2015 China Construction Engineering Luban Award (National Quality Project), Fujian Chenggong International Convention and Exhibition Center is an important display window for Nan'an industrial development and investment promotion, which will play an important role in enhancing the overall competitiveness of the regional economy.
Fujian Chenggong International Convention and Exhibition Center is divided into three venues, No. 1, No. 2 and No. 3, with a planned total investment of 425 million yuan, a total construction area of more than 66,000 square meters, and can accommodate 1,008 international standard booths after completion. Hall 1 is a conference center, which can host large-scale conferences of various sizes at home and abroad, and Hall 2 and 3 are functional exhibition halls, shaped like a pair of wings of a "white egret", lifelike, standing lightly on the beautiful Nan'an Xixi Peninsula, as if about to spread their wings and fly. The roof maintenance system of the convention and exhibition center adopts aluminum-magnesium-manganese alloy vertical lock seam roofing system, the structure adopts inverted triangular truss, the maximum span reaches 90 meters, the height reaches 31.93 meters, the lifting is very difficult, before hoisting, after many times of program research and expert demonstration by technicians, the optimal lifting scheme was determined, and the first lifting was successfully completed on April 15, 2013.
In the project installation, Hall 1 is an engineering body shaped like a "white egret", the steel structure is a double round tube main beam structure, the span is 90 meters, the maximum weight of a single member exceeds 28 tons, and the lifting method adopts 350T crawler crane. Hall 2 is lifted by two 130T automobile cranes, with a maximum weight of 66.6 tons and a lifting section of 65 meters. Hall 3 has a basement, the maximum weight of the truss single member is 70 tons, the span is 65 meters, and the hydraulic lifting scheme is adopted, and the cantilevered trusses on the north and south sides of Hall 3, the maximum span is 19.8 meters, and the single weight is 17 tons, which is hoisted by a car crane. Each hoisting has been carefully and scientifically arranged by technicians, and actively prepared before installation, so that the construction operation can be successfully completed, during the truss assembly, all welds are welded in strict accordance with the requirements of national specifications, and then through the quality inspector's 100% ultrasonic testing inspection, the weld test results are all qualified before entering the next process of installation, ensuring the quality of construction. During the hoisting period, the leaders of the project department fully considered the potential safety hazards that may occur during the construction process, and took various measures to eliminate the potential safety hazards in a timely manner, so that there were no safety accidents in the entire lifting process, and the project was successfully completed, which was highly praised by the project command. During the installation process of this project, technicians and construction operators gave full play to their collective wisdom, and according to the characteristics of the construction site, adopted the method of cooperative operation of hanging baskets and aerial vehicles, improved efficiency, accelerated the progress, and successfully completed the project.
