However, there are some people who do not have herbal tea or air conditioning, some are just the scorching sun and steel that seems to be melting, they fight the scorching heat to stick to their posts, without the slightest slack, they hold the scorching sun on their heads, interpret glory with sweat, their perseverance is ordinary and great, which makes people moved. They are the Zhongnan "iron army" who sticks to the front line and sweats for the Wenzhou Olympic Sports Center project.
The main stadium of Wenzhou Olympic Sports Center is located in Longwan District, Wenzhou City, which is a major project for Wenzhou to realize the strategic goal of "three-life integration and happiness in Wenzhou" and build a "modern international metropolis", and is an important carrier for Wenzhou to hold international and domestic large-scale events and create a "strong sports city in the province" in the future. The engineering steel structure covers an area of about 39,330 square meters, and the weight of the steel structure is about 3,200 tons. The underground of the comprehensive gymnasium is the overall basement, the above-ground structure is composed of the gymnasium, the swimming pool and its connecting platform, the upper part is a steel structure roof, composed of 33 main trusses, secondary trusses and wall trusses, the lower part is a concrete frame structure, the steel structure roof adopts a two-way orthogonal orthostatic plane truss structure, and the main materials of the main structure: seamless steel pipe, steel support, steel casting. Among them, the heaviest main truss of the gymnasium is about 40 tons, and the heaviest main truss of the swimming pool is about 30 tons. The maximum span of the roof truss is 76m, the maximum structural height is 4m, the lower chord is hinged to the top of the concrete frame column, the roof steel structure support adopts finished hinge support, the wall truss is an extension of the roof plane piece truss, the plane is connected by piece truss, and the support is welded on the top of the platform column or beam. The project is designed by Siddi International Design Consulting Co., Ltd., the general contracting of Three Arrows Construction Engineering Group Co., Ltd., and the steel structure engineering production and installation undertaken by our company.
Since the start of this project in April, the project department has been in line with the purpose of "creating high-quality projects and building corporate image", carefully constructing and striving to complete the project in advance under the condition of ensuring the quality of the project. Nowadays, it is the summer high temperature period, although the company is also adjusting the workers' work and rest time appropriately according to the temperature, but due to the tight construction period, sometimes it is necessary to work overtime according to the temperature conditions, and the hot weather has brought great challenges to the construction personnel on site. The on-site aerial work is more than 20 meters above the ground, and it is very inconvenient to move on the high-altitude truss, and because the high-altitude truss is exposed to the sun for a long time, the surface temperature is above 60 degrees, and the construction personnel can only carry out construction operations if they are close to the truss. In the hot sun, the entire steel component seemed to be melted, and beads of sweat poured down their cheeks, sweating the entire back of their clothes, and they didn't care to wipe them, and the sweat stains and ripples on their clothes were a testimony to their hard work in the high temperature and heat. In the face of high temperature, Cao Benfu, the supervisor of the engineering management department, led all members of the project department to stick to the construction site, go deep into the construction operation, share happiness and hardship with the front-line construction staff, and deal with on-site problems in a timely and accurate manner, which effectively guaranteed the orderly construction and progress of the site.
