The project is located in San Felipe, Yaracquey, Venezuela, and is a bus plant jointly invested by the Venezuelan Ministry of Industry, the Ministry of Transport and Hong Kong Yutong Co., Ltd. The total construction unit of the project is Venezuelan Pilperca Group Company, with an investment of 560 million US dollars, the total land area of the factory area is 316,000 square meters, the construction area is 98,600 square meters, and the annual production capacity of buses is 12,000 vehicles.
The project is not only large, but also a multi-span door structure with complex forms. Among them, the maximum span is 11 spans, the maximum span is 28 meters, the longest axis is 286 meters, the maximum bay of the axis is 16 meters, the height of the structural cornice is 21.35 meters, and the total steel consumption of steel structure engineering is 6409 tons. At the same time, the project is divided into chassis workshop, chassis debugging workshop, chassis parts, welding workshop, painting workshop, assembly workshop and other sub-parts, which increases the difficulty of construction.
