On April 25, 2015, the "National Steel Structure Enterprise Environmental Protection Production Technology Seminar" hosted by the Building Steel Structure Branch of China Building Metal Structure Association and undertaken by our company was held in our company.
This conference aims to guide steel structure enterprises and experts to carry out the research and development and application of productive "waste gas, waste residue, waste liquid" and dust pollution control in the industry through the discussion and observation of the "steel structure factory coating waste gas treatment technology" developed by our company, and at the same time learn from the advanced technology of clean production and zero pollution emission of steel structure enterprises in developed countries, increase investment in environmental protection production technology and equipment, and promote steel structure enterprises to continuously improve clean production, green environmental protection and occupational health. Dang Bao, deputy secretary-general of China Building Metal Structure Association and chairman of the Building Steel Structure Branch; Wang Minggui, director of the Steel Structure Expert Committee; Vice Presidents Hu Yuke, Liu Min and leaders of many well-known steel structure enterprises from Beijing, Anhui, Jiangsu, Zhejiang and other countries were invited to attend the meeting.
The meeting was chaired by Hu Yuke, vice president of the Construction Steel Structure Branch, at which General Manager Wang Yuwei delivered a welcome speech and introduced the basic situation of the company; Deputy General Manager Wang Haishan introduced the company's development and operation in recent years; Wang Zaisheng, deputy chief engineer, introduced our coating waste gas treatment technology in detail: since 2012, the company has taken waste gas treatment as the main task of safe and civilized production to grasp, in 2013 with the association to Europe to study, investigate foreign advanced clean production technology, after nearly three years of exploration, experiment, in October 2014 "plasma + activated carbon adsorption technology" put into use, through process operation statistics, through professional institution testing, the test results are far lower than the national air pollutant comprehensive emission secondary standard.
The steel structure production process will be accompanied by exhaust emissions, especially paint exhaust emissions, which will pollute the environment. With the implementation of the new "Environmental Protection Law of the People's Republic of Chinese" and the society's requirements for green production, energy conservation and emission reduction in the steel structure industry, exhaust emissions and environmental pollution have increasingly become the "bottleneck" restricting the sustainable development of steel enterprises. Through this exchange and observation, the representatives of the enterprises participating in the meeting said that they benefited a lot. The chairman of the party defense committee fully affirmed our company's approach: Zhongnan Steel Structure in the waste gas treatment work, has been in the forefront of the national steel structure enterprises, ecological environmental protection is a great cause in the contemporary era, benefit in the future, need the whole nation, the whole society, all staff participation, in the face of real life "haze", "sewage", everyone must form a consensus: only by handing over a sufficient weight of "ecological answer", so that the mountains are greener, the water is clearer, the sky is bluer, this is to do the "steel structure enterprise development" The most fundamental guarantee of this article is the greatest well-being of the country and the people; This should also be the most basic bottom line for the sustainable development of China Steel people under the new normal.
