Gui'an high-speed rail project report

I. Project Overview


The high-speed rail station has three floors above ground and two floors underground. The first floor above ground is the square level in front of the station, including the outbound hall, bus station, long-distance station, etc.; The second floor above ground is the basic platform level, and the third floor above ground is the elevated waiting hall level; The first basement floor is the hall level of the subway station, and social car parking lots and taxi parking lots are set up on both sides; The second basement floor is the basic platform level of the subway. The passenger flow is carried out upward and downward, and 4 450m× 12m×1.25m passenger platforms and 8 rail lines (to the departure line) are designed, including 2 main lines of Shanghai-Kunming Passenger Dedicated Line.


The main body of the station structure is mainly composed of station building engineering and platform canopy engineering, with a total steel consumption of more than 10,000 tons. (1) Station building project: the total construction area of the first phase station building is 60,580 square meters, including an elevated waiting area of 12,120 square meters, a side station building area of 48,460 square meters, and a joint construction area of 7,240 square meters of urban corridor and outbound hall, with a total steel consumption of more than 10,000 tons. The elevated waiting floor (elevation 9.9m) is a concrete composite floor structure with steel truss structure, and the roof is a metal roof panel with steel truss structure. (2) Platform canopy project: there are 4 platform canopies, with a total area of 14,304 square meters, more than 1,000 tons of steel, the foundation design is bored pile foundation, the structure is single-column steel structure canopy, and the roof adopts metal roof panels.

Second, the difficulties of engineering construction


Due to the limitations of the site in the implementation of this project, it has added certain difficulties to the construction of the project, and there are still the following problems that need to be overcome in the construction:


1. 9.9m standard high-rise steel structure construction


The truss girder adopts lifting construction, the structural weight is large, the required lifting radius is large, and the track line track has been laid, only the outer side of the track lifting construction is difficult, it is necessary to design a temporary trestle bridge to cross the track line to provide a temporary operation platform for the crawler crane.


2. Steel structure construction of elevated waiting hall roof


The roof of the elevated waiting hall weighs more than 500 tons, the construction of the 9.9m standard high-rise has been completed, the large lifting equipment can not be installed operations, can only use the sliding or overall lifting construction method, comprehensive consideration of the final use of cumulative slip construction, need to design and assemble the platform, skid track, need to review the strength of the 9.9m standard high-rise structure.


Third, the steel structure special construction plan expert demonstration meeting


Under the organization, leadership and unremitting efforts of our chief engineer and related personnel, the expert demonstration meeting of the special construction plan of steel structure was successfully held on May 20, 2016 in the conference hall No. 5 of Beidouwan New Century Hotel, Gui'an New Area. Zhu Shuangzhu, Secretary-General of Zhejiang Steel Structure Association, Ding Shengguo, Professor Huang Yong of Guizhou University of Technology, Chen Zongqiang, researcher of Guizhou Architectural Design and Research Institute, Deng Guangqian Senior Engineer of Guiyang Architectural Design Co., Ltd., Ren Tingjian and Ding Zhixian Senior Engineer of Guizhou Metallurgical Design and Research Institute were specially invited to form an expert group. The relevant persons in charge of the project of Chengdu Railway Bureau Passenger Station Construction Headquarters (owner), Chengdu Southwest Railway Supervision Co., Ltd. (supervision unit), China Railway Construction Group Co., Ltd. (general contractor), and Zhejiang Zhongnan Construction Group Steel Structure Co., Ltd. (steel structure subcontracting) attended the meeting. Experts at the meeting affirmed the special plan and put forward many valuable opinions, which enhanced the confidence of all project participants in the special plan.

Second, the difficulties of engineering construction
