Recently, the Guohua HG14 offshore photovoltaic 1000MW project undertaken by the company has successfully completed the construction work tasks, which is four months ahead of the planned completion time. After successful delivery, the project has now been integrated into the State Grid and put into use.

The offshore photovoltaic project is located in Laizhou Bay, Dongying City, Shandong Province, with a nearest offshore distance of about 8 kilometers. The photovoltaic area is submerged in water at a depth of 1-8 meters. The project has a total of 2934 flat pipe truss platforms, each with a specification of 35 * 60 meters and a truss height of 2.5 meters. The designed installed capacity of each photovoltaic platform is 0.4446MW.
In the implementation of the project, in order to complete the construction and installation tasks ahead of schedule and create conditions for the accelerated progress of project construction, facing the large quantity and extremely high quality requirements of pipe truss steel components production and manufacturing tasks, the company's production and manufacturing frontline workers work two shifts a day, and the technical department and quality inspection personnel work two shifts a day for inspection and supervision to ensure that the steel components meet the construction needs of rapid progress on site and ensure that the quality meets the design requirements. At the same time, the construction site of the project reasonably arranges the stacking area, carefully cares for each steel component, ensures that the steel components are not deformed under heavy pressure, and are not damaged by friction on the paint surface. Strict protective measures are taken during construction and hoisting to ensure that each steel component is installed intact, avoiding rework and accelerating the platform assembly speed.
During the construction of the project, a photovoltaic platform is used to complete the overall assembly on the shore, which is then transported by a flatbed cargo ship and lifted into place as a whole for construction. During project construction, construction workers overcome unfavorable factors such as strong sea winds and strong ultraviolet radiation, and work overtime to complete assembly tasks; In the overall transportation and offshore lifting operations of the photovoltaic platform, the project management team strictly abides by the operation specifications, takes strict safety protection measures, strictly follows the special construction plan for lifting, installation, and welding step by step, and prepares safety emergency plans and drills for construction and installation in wind and wave environments in advance to ensure the smooth and safe operation of offshore operations.
After nearly a year of continuous operation, the construction workers of the company have fully completed the construction tasks in the project contract four months ahead of schedule, creating extremely favorable conditions for the successful completion of the project construction tasks.
