So far, Zhongnan Green Construction has accumulated a total construction area of 615000 square meters for the steel structure factory building of the Haier Jiaozhou Refrigerator Intelligent Manufacturing Project, with a total contract amount exceeding 450 million yuan.
The Haier Jiaozhou Refrigerator Intelligent Manufacturing Project is located in Jiaozhou City, Shandong Province, and is a key construction project in Shandong Province. It is divided into three phases of construction. The first phase of the steel structure project has a construction area of approximately 240000 square meters, and the second phase has a construction area of approximately 195000 square meters. The construction has been completed and put into operation, with an annual output of 4.2 million refrigerators sold worldwide.
The recently completed Phase III steel structure project mainly consists of individual units such as the final assembly plant, self-made plant, logistics center, and hazardous waste warehouse. The total contract amount is about 165 million yuan, and the total construction area is about 180700 square meters, of which the final assembly plant has a construction area of about 84000 square meters, the self-made plant has a construction area of about 58000 square meters, and the logistics center has a construction area of about 38000 square meters. Each unit is a portal light steel structure with a maximum elevation of 21 meters, a maximum span of 33 meters per span, and a maximum load capacity of 20 tons for a crane.
