The company's chairman Wang Junjie, chief engineer Guo Lixiang, deputy general manager Wang Zaisheng, deputy general manager Liu Jihu, as well as heads of various business departments and all members of the information technology team attended the meeting.
In order to further promote the deep application and comprehensive implementation of relevant functional modules, since the launch and implementation of the "Zhongnan Green Building Full Lifecycle Smart Management System", with the active cooperation and efforts of various business departments, some modules have entered the stable application stage. At the meeting, Jiang Yongyang, the person in charge of information construction, elaborated on the overall goals of the company's information construction through a system architecture diagram, and systematically reviewed the implementation process of the first phase of construction work. He focused on analyzing the achievements and shortcomings of the system in the full process management of "business information registration to component delivery", and proposed a series of improvement measures, including improving the institutional system, initiating assessment mechanisms, strictly controlling the shipping process, and optimizing salary linkage, to address existing problems. He emphasized that improving platform data quality is the core task of the next stage. Subsequently, the implementation path of the second phase construction goals was also detailed.
Chief Engineer Guo Lixiang announced at the meeting the company's collective commendation for outstanding achievements in information technology construction in the sales department, comprehensive planning department, and Zhejiang Zhongnan Steel Structure Equipment Power Department, as well as the commendation of three individuals, Hu Jie, Zhu Genqun, and Chen Junfeng. Relevant leaders awarded rewards to the award-winning collectives and individuals. Guo Lixiang emphasized that information technology construction is a systematic project that involves long-term participation of all employees. It requires all employees to unify their thinking and strictly implement operational norms. The information technology team is required to strengthen training and technical support, and the platform development unit is required to continuously optimize system functions. It is clearly stated that in the subsequent implementation process, the punishment will be increased to ensure the effectiveness of the construction.
Chairman Wang Junjie attended the meeting and delivered a speech. Firstly, the achievements of the first phase of construction were fully affirmed, and targeted directions for improvement were pointed out. It was emphasized that information technology construction is a key support for the group's "three modernizations" strategy, and all departments must have a unified understanding and actively participate. All business departments must continue to support information technology construction, effectively ensuring that the construction goals of each stage are completed on schedule and with high quality, and jointly promoting the achievement of the company's overall goals, ensuring that the "on-site management" and "business finance integration" modules will be fully implemented and applied in 2026 and 2027 respectively.
