The project is located in Jiaojiang District, Taizhou City, Zhejiang Province, covering an area of 140 acres. The project mainly consists of two steel frame structure factories and four concrete frame structure dormitories and offices. Our company has undertaken the entire steel structure engineering of the 1 # and 2 # workshops of the steel frame structure project. The plan dimensions of both workshops are approximately 120 meters by 180 meters, with a total construction area of approximately 112550 square meters. Among them, the building area of Factory 1 is about 62600 square meters, with most of it having three floors and some being single floors. The maximum height is 25.3 meters and the maximum span is 24 meters. The steel columns are box shaped, with a maximum length of 23.1 meters per column and a maximum weight of 15 tons. The maximum load of the crane is 20 tons; The building area of Factory Building 2 is approximately 49950 square meters, with 2 floors and a maximum height of 19 meters and a maximum span of 15 meters. The steel columns are made of H-shaped steel, with a maximum length of 16.5 meters and a maximum weight of 9 tons per unit. The maximum load capacity of the crane is 20 tons. The total construction period of the steel structure engineering contract is 189 days. After the successful completion of the first suspension installation of the steel columns on April 9th this year, the construction of the project proceeded smoothly according to plan.
In the implementation of the project, the relevant leaders of the company attach great importance to it, and the technical department closely cooperates and provides strong support. The production base produces and processes more than 200 tons of various steel components for the project on average every day, providing strong support for the comprehensive progress of the project as planned. In the implementation of the project, the project management team developed a rigorous and comprehensive work plan based on the countdown calculation before the start of the steel structure engineering, clarifying the weekly progress goals and daily task completion amounts to ensure that the project was completed ahead of schedule. In the construction operation, all management personnel always fight together with the workers, working together in the rainy season, sweating together under the high temperature and scorching sun, and rushing to catch up with the progress after the typhoon. Whether day or night, they always stick to the front line of the construction site, carry out strict management and supervision, and ensure construction safety and project quality. With the concerted efforts of all management personnel and installation workers, the construction task of the steel structure main body of two factories was successfully completed after 100 days. By the end of July, 90% of the project had been completed, and another month of fighting would lead to a comprehensive victory.

The steel structure engineering of two factories has entered the countdown sprint stage as planned, and the construction work of the roof and enclosure system has been fully launched. The project management team has locked in the comprehensive completion time of the steel structure engineering before the end of August. The construction period of the entire steel structure engineering will be completed 42 days ahead of schedule, striving to create favorable conditions for accelerating the completion of the project construction and delivering a satisfactory answer to the owner and the general contractor.
