Recently, the steel structure factory building of the Philippines production base invested and constructed by Zhongnan Green Construction has successfully completed the construction and installation of the main structure, and has now entered the stage of installing the wall enclosure system. It is expected to fully complete the construction task of the steel structure factory building in August this year.
The factory is located in the Mexico City Industrial Park in the Philippines, covering an area of approximately 34500 square meters and a building area of approximately 11500 square meters. After completion, it has an annual production capacity of 12000 tons and will manufacture and process steel components for the engineering projects undertaken by the company in the Philippines. This is an important milestone for the company to implement the "internationalization strategy", and also a vivid practice of the company's green and intelligent empowerment of the "the Belt and Road" construction.

The project construction management team boldly employed local workers in the construction of the factory building. After theoretical and practical training before taking up their posts, the local workers' skills in welding and other operations were improved, ensuring the quality of the project and construction progress, and cultivating and accumulating local technical workers required for production, manufacturing, construction and installation for the company. After the project was launched, the management team also cultivated the safety awareness of local workers through pre job technical briefings, safety briefings, accident case analysis, and notification of various precautions, ensuring the safety of the construction project. The management team also improved their oral English expression skills through learning, successfully overcoming the practical difficulties of poor language communication with local workers, and enabling the smooth progress of the factory construction work.

In the construction process, the management team closely monitored meteorological forecast information, scientifically scheduled and reasonably arranged construction operations, quickly adapted to the complex climate environment of long rainy seasons, variable climate and sustained high temperatures in the local area, and achieved joint management of construction quality, progress and safety operations, realizing the safe and smooth completion of the main structure.
