The project is located in Fuyang District, Hangzhou City, with a total construction area of 220289.8 square meters. It is a heavy-duty steel structure factory building project, which adopts a structure form of portal steel frame+truss. The steel columns are lattice columns, with a building height of 40 meters and a maximum span of 50 meters. The maximum load capacity of the crane is 165 tons. Among them, the main factory building of the project is about 187100 square meters, the 1 # precision workshop is about 13600 square meters, the 2 # precision workshop is about 8300 square meters, and the building area of equipment room, communication room, warehouse, sedimentation room, dosing room, circulating water tank, etc. is about 11200 square meters. The steel structure project will commence on September 10, 2024.
After the project started, it coincided with the winter season in the second half of the year when there was a lot of rain and wind, frost, snow, and freezing. The construction workers were working hard on the muddy construction site, rushing to catch up with the schedule in two consecutive shifts in the harsh winter climate environment; Especially for the ground assembly, hoisting and splicing, and high-altitude welding of steel trusses, the harsh on-site environment and winter have caused great difficulties for construction operations; In the lifting operation of up to 885 lattice columns, the maximum height of the lattice columns is 42.2 meters, the maximum width is 3.4 meters, and the maximum weight is 23.2 tons, which increases the difficulty of winter construction. All management and operation personnel face hardships without yielding, dare to work hard, never give up in the face of difficulties, dare to challenge themselves, prioritize safety and quality, collaborate efficiently, and build with ingenuity, completing daily tasks with high quality in the biting cold wind.
Faced with the dual pressure of limited on-site traffic and construction caused by continuous heavy rain, in order to ensure the installation progress of steel structure engineering, the project management team adopts a construction mode of "zone operation and three-dimensional interweaving", using 8 crawler cranes and 10 truck cranes, configured according to tonnage and on-site environment, forming a lifting matrix of "main crane+auxiliary crane" to maximize lifting efficiency. At the same time, 13 articulated cranes are positioned layer by layer, accurately cooperating with high-altitude welding and bolt fastening operations, achieving an integrated construction process of "ground assembly, aerial assembly, and synchronous detection", realizing the efficiency of uninterrupted construction day and night, and completing up to 94 steel beam installation tasks in a single day. Finally, on the morning of April 20th, the last truss beam was slowly lifted, accurately positioned, and smoothly welded and fixed. The steel structure was successfully completed according to the construction plan.
