On March 31st, with the last steel component of the steel structure being lifted into place, the steel structure project of Mingguang Village Renewal and Renovation Rental Housing Project (Plot 2) in Haidian District, Beijing, undertaken by Zhongnan Green Construction, successfully completed the topping out of the main structure, which was 60 days ahead of the planned topping out time.

The Mingguang Village renovation project is located in Haidian District, Beijing, with a total construction land area of approximately 59300 square meters and a total construction area of approximately 250700 square meters. Zhongnan Green Construction has undertaken the construction of two steel structure buildings on plot 2 of the project. One of them is a 12 story apartment building with 3 underground floors, with a building height of 40.85 meters and a building area of approximately 11820 square meters. The other is a comprehensive building with 6 ground floors and 3 underground floors, with a building height of 23.8 meters and a building area of approximately 7140 square meters. The project is a key construction project in Haidian District, and upon completion, it will further enhance the modern urban appearance of Haidian District.
