Comrade Shen Haiying, currently the Deputy General Manager of the Offshore Engineering Division of the company, is a D-class talent in Hangzhou, with the title of Senior Engineer and the professional qualification of First Class Constructor. She has been rated as an excellent employee and model worker by the Group for many times, and won the title of Outstanding Communist Party Member of Changhe Street in 2023.
Shen Haiying is mainly responsible for coordinating and managing the production base, project site, and technical department in her daily work. Especially during the construction process of the 400 MW offshore photovoltaic project undertaken by the company, she played an important role. In early May 2024, Shen Haiying volunteered to be responsible for the construction management of the project and stationed at the construction site for a long time. She is responsible for classifying, stacking, receiving, urging, and correcting errors in material delivery during the day, ensuring that materials are timely and accurate. During the installation process, it is also necessary to guide construction operations, monitor progress, allocate finished rods and various accessories, and coordinate the processing and installation of components. At night, data review and inspection will be conducted. I shuttled back and forth between the temporarily rented processing site and the construction site, sometimes even neglecting to eat. She had to work overtime at night until the day's work tasks were successfully completed before returning to her dormitory to rest. Shen Haiying wakes up early and returns late every day, enduring the wind and sun, yet still sticking to her post, demonstrating a high sense of responsibility and dedication.
The 400 MW offshore photovoltaic project of CGN Yantai Zhaoyuan is the first large-scale offshore pile foundation fixed offshore photovoltaic project in China, which is a new challenge for the company. During the project implementation process, there were frequent design adjustments and a large quantity of steel pipe components for each photovoltaic bracket. The paint level requirements were extremely high, and the production, processing, paint spraying, assembly, and welding tasks were exceptionally heavy. Faced with complex technical requirements and heavy construction tasks, the company has worked together and demonstrated a strong spirit of teamwork. Whether it is material supply, production and processing, or on-site installation, every link embodies the hard work of team members. It is precisely through the joint efforts of all personnel that the project was able to proceed smoothly. As one of the core members of the team, Shen Haiying has always fought shoulder to shoulder with everyone, demonstrating responsibility and accountability through practical actions.
