Recently, the steel structure project of Jiaxing Fashion Sports Center, undertaken by Zhongnan Green Construction, was successfully topped out. All construction management and installation personnel continue to work hard in the cold winter to ensure the completion of the steel structure construction task before the Spring Festival of 2025.

Jiaxing Fashion Sports Center is located in Jiaxing City, Zhejiang Province. It is a large-scale sports facility construction project in the Shuangxi Lake Super Future Community area of Jiaxing High speed Railway New City, and is a key construction project in Jiaxing City. The total construction area of the project is about 69300 square meters, with 4 floors above ground and 2 floors underground. The lowest elevation of the basement is -10 meters, and the highest height of the building is 23.90 meters. It is positioned as a Class A venue and has a main badminton hall and swimming pool. In addition, it is equipped with an outdoor climbing area, a "sky court" integrating tennis, cage football, frisbee, and flag football, and a "suspended swimming pool" using high-strength transparent glass. After completion, it will become one of the largest sports venues in Jiaxing City and can host national level badminton professional competitions. The project will commence in November 2023 with a total investment of approximately 856 million yuan.
Zhongnan Green Construction has undertaken the steel structure engineering of the project, with a total steel consumption of over 12000 tons. The structure of the basement of the sports center is mainly composed of rigid columns and rigid beams. The structure of the above ground part is a frame+steel truss, and the floor slab adopts a steel truss floor support plate. The truss part is located on the ground slope and from the 3rd floor to the roof level, with a structural plan size of 212.6 meters by 86.4 meters. The steel structure project was fully launched after the successful hoisting of the first steel column on April 19, 2024. All construction management and installation personnel worked tirelessly for six months, overcoming the rainy season and high temperatures, and making arduous efforts for the rapid progress of the project.
