The 2024 National Building Steel Structure Science and Technology Innovation Conference will be held in Xi'an from October 31st to November 2nd. More than 200 representatives of scientific and technological innovation from construction steel structure enterprises across the country, as well as well-known academicians and experts in the domestic construction field, gathered together to report and exchange innovative achievements, transmit and study policy information dividends, promote the deep integration of steel structure technology innovation and industrial chain, and advance the high-quality development of the steel structure industry. Zhongnan Green Construction, as a standing director unit of the China Construction Steel Structure Association, was invited to attend the meeting, with Chief Engineer Guo Lixiang in attendance.
The theme of the conference is "Adhering to Innovation Leading and Technology Empowering High Quality Development of Steel Structures", aiming to implement the national innovation driven development strategy, lead industrial development with technological innovation, exchange innovative achievements, promote the construction of independent innovation system in the field of building steel structures, and work together to promote the high-quality development of China's building steel structure industry. The conference commended and rewarded outstanding enterprises and talents in scientific and technological innovation in the construction steel structure industry in 2024, award-winning papers in the steel structure construction technology paper collection activity, and the Science and Technology Award of the China Building Metal Structure Association. Zhongnan Green Construction was awarded the title of "Excellent Enterprise in Scientific and Technological Innovation", and Chief Engineer Guo Lixiang was awarded the title of "Outstanding Technical Talent in Scientific and Technological Innovation".

At the 2024 National Building Steel Structure Industry Digital Twin Summit Forum and the 4th BIM Application Competition of the "Jinxie Cup" hosted by the China Building Metal Structure Association and Henan Steel Structure Association, the BIM technology application of the Rizhao Kaiyuan Senbo Resort project, which was applied for, won the second prize in the 2023 "Jinxie Cup" 4th National Steel Structure Industry Digital Twin BIM Application Competition, demonstrating the technological innovation strength of Zhongnan Green Building.

Technological innovation is an important way for enterprises to achieve sustainable development of steel structure enterprises.
