The project is located in Baoshan District, Shanghai. It is the first planned and constructed harmless treatment project for household waste in Shanghai after implementing garbage classification. The total investment is 3.041 billion yuan and the total construction area is over 161300 square meters. It is currently one of the highest standard waste incineration power generation construction projects in the world. The project adopts a large roof steel truss structure, and an aerial landscape garden will be built on the roof, highlighting the theme park concept of "Baoshan has mountains".
