The project is located in the Laizhou Bay area in the northern part of Zhaoyuan City, Shandong Province, with a total planned area of approximately 6.44 square kilometers. The site is closest to the coast at 2.0 kilometers and farthest at 6.2 kilometers, with a water depth of 8.5-11 meters. The project consists of 121 photovoltaic sub arrays.
