Especially in the 400 MW offshore photovoltaic project undertaken by the company for CGN Yantai Zhaoyuan, as this project is the first large-scale offshore pile foundation fixed offshore photovoltaic project in China, it is the first of its kind for the construction unit, general contractor, and our company. During the project implementation, there may be design adjustments at any time. Although the total amount is large, the steel pipe members of each photovoltaic bracket are very short and the quantity is particularly large. The paint level requirements are extremely high, and the tasks of production processing, paint spraying, assembly, and welding are very heavy. After the project started construction in early May, Comrade Shen Haiying volunteered to rush to the project site immediately. He has not returned home yet and has been stationed at the construction site for a long time. During the day, he deals with various problems such as material classification and stacking, requisition, urging, factory processing, material delivery correction, and installation team installation errors. At night, he reviews and inspects various data to ensure that all materials are in place and correct. At the same time, he guides the construction operation, supervises the installation progress, allocates finished rods and various accessories, shuttles back and forth between the company's temporarily rented production factory and the construction site. Sometimes he can't even afford to eat, and at night he has to be busy on the construction site. When he sees that the construction task of the day has been completed, all the problems encountered are solved. In the middle of the night, the steel components are transported back and forth. After being transported to the material yard at the construction site, I finally felt at ease. Comrade Shen Haiying arrives at the construction site before 7 o'clock every morning and starts returning to her residence as early as 10 o'clock in the evening. Due to the strong sea breeze and sandstorms, she is exposed to the sun all day long, feeling weak and dark, but still perseveres there, all for the smooth construction of the project and the development of the country's offshore photovoltaic industry.
