Zhongnan Green Construction Group has received another honor, as the first phase of the intelligent manufacturing laboratory project at Changxing Island Base of Shanghai Jiao Tong University's Marine Equipment Research Center, which it undertook, has won the "Shanghai Steel Structure Gold Award"! This is the highest affirmation of our team's hard work, and also a full recognition of our professional skills and craftsmanship spirit.

The project is a multi story building with a total construction area of 17065.30 square meters, including a pilot laboratory factory and a three story auxiliary building. Among them, the 4 # Intelligent Manufacturing Laboratory is dedicated to the research of process technologies such as steel cutting, forming processing, small group assembly, middle assembly, pre drying and assembly, and overall segment docking, covering inspection and testing, logistics and other links. The successful construction of this laboratory has promoted process improvement and innovation, achieved production data connectivity, manufacturing flexibility, and intelligent management, and set a demonstration benchmark for intelligent manufacturing of marine equipment.

This project involves multiple types of components, with high requirements for component manufacturing and installation. The company uses Tekla software to simulate 3D model decomposition, export processing drawings, achieve digital steel component processing, and use advanced equipment such as new welding robots to improve the efficiency and quality of component processing.
