On the afternoon of April 18th, Zhongnan Green Construction organized a postdoctoral research station evaluation meeting. Professor Song Linhui, Associate Professor Yue Keqin, Deputy General Manager Wang Zaisheng, Chief Engineer Guo Lixiang, and Technical Consultant Zhao Diansheng from Nanjing University of Technology attended the meeting as experts. The company's general manager Wang Haishan, the head of the Talent Development Department of Fuyang District Human Resources and Social Security Bureau Chen Shumin, and other leaders attended the meeting. The review meeting was chaired by Wang Zaisheng, the Deputy General Manager of the company.

He expressed that the successful departure of the first postdoctoral fellow from Zhongnan Green Construction is of symbolic significance. He hoped that postdoctoral researchers would continue to work hard in their future fields, deepen their research, accelerate the transformation of achievements, and achieve the goal of creating results, generating benefits, and promoting development.
Dr. Xu Youwu's research topic is "Axial compression performance of multi cavity steel-concrete L-shaped columns reinforced with steel hoops". This project starts with the short column axial compression test, uses finite element analysis to analyze various factors that affect the axial compression performance of such L-shaped columns, and finally proposes a calculation formula for the axial compression bearing capacity of such L-shaped short columns based on the "unified theory". Enriched the theory of steel-concrete special-shaped columns, with good theoretical significance and engineering application value. The research results can be used for both the construction of prefabricated structures and the reinforcement of existing structures.
At the review meeting, Dr. Xu Youwu gave a comprehensive report on his research work and achievements during his tenure at the station, and answered and exchanged questions raised by experts. The review panel unanimously agreed that the postdoctoral research results have good application value and broad market promotion prospects, and finally put forward guiding suggestions for the research topic. After comprehensive evaluation by the review team, it was unanimously agreed that postdoctoral researcher Xu Youwu had successfully left the station, with an assessment level of excellent.
Finally, Chen Shumin, the head of the Talent Development Department of Fuyang District Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, expressed gratitude to all experts for supporting the work of postdoctoral fellows and congratulated Dr. Xu Youwu on his smooth departure from the station. He pointed out that while the research projects of postdoctoral workstations bring economic benefits to enterprises, they also bring more human resources and expansion projects, helping enterprises achieve innovative development. He hopes that Zhongnan Green Construction can continue to maintain the operation and development of postdoctoral workstations, and strive to upgrade from provincial postdoctoral workstations to national postdoctoral workstations.
