Recently, with the completion of the closed installation of the last wall panel in the stamping workshop, the steel structure engineering of the Zero Run Technology new energy vehicle project undertaken by Zhongnan Green Construction has been fully completed.

The project is located in Qiantang District, Hangzhou City, with a land area of 600 acres and a total construction area of approximately 547300 square meters. The project includes the construction of a trial production workshop, stamping workshop, welding workshop, and final assembly workshop, as well as supporting facilities such as a cafeteria, security room, and waste storage facility. The stamping workshop has a building area of approximately 23100 square meters and a maximum structural elevation of 21.35 meters; The welding workshop has a building area of approximately 75000 square meters, with a maximum structural elevation of 13.39 meters; The total assembly workshop has a building area of approximately 82600 square meters and a structural elevation of 13.39 meters; The supporting facilities have a construction area of approximately 210000 square meters. The project adopts a combination of light steel, grid structure, and steel frame structure, with a total steel consumption of about 18000 tons. After the concerted efforts of all on-site management and construction personnel, the project was basically completed by the end of March. Now, the trial production workshop and the three waste warehouse have passed the initial acceptance, and the stamping workshop, welding workshop, and final assembly workshop have also met the acceptance requirements. The steel structure project is about to be fully completed.

In the project construction, the company's project management team leveraged the advantages of complex structural construction technology composed of grid frames, light steel, and steel frames, successfully solving problems such as large on-site welding volume, complex grid installation and overall lifting difficulty, and easy leakage of large roofs. The construction tasks were completed safely and smoothly. In the grid assembly operation, the project department concentrated its forces and worked continuously day and night. All teams completed their tasks within the specified time, providing support for the planned progress of each individual project; In the construction of the roof truss, the company adopts the method of overall lifting of the flat truss, with a maximum of 42 lifting points. During the lifting operation, each lifting point is operated and supervised by a dedicated person, guided by technical personnel throughout the process, and measured by inspection personnel throughout the process, ensuring the synchronization and stability of the lifting. The entire truss is lifted to the design position within the planned time, ensuring the safe and accurate positioning of the entire truss. In roof design, in order to solve the common problem of rainwater leakage in large roofs, local double-layer roofs are used to enhance the anti leakage function, which has excellent results.


During the construction process, a large amount of H-shaped steel welding components and welding of grid balls and rods require a significant amount of work, making electric welding an important task for the entire project construction. To this end, the project department has formulated a reasonable welding operation plan and strictly implemented it, scientifically formulated welding technology processes, effectively controlled welding stress and strain, and conducted non-destructive testing on welds at any time. Each link has been effectively controlled, achieving a one-time pass rate of over 99.5% for welds and completing the arduous welding task with high quality and efficiency.
