Recently, the steel structure project of the Hangzhou Zhenggong Chu [2021] No. 10 innovative industrial housing project undertaken by Zhongnan Green Construction Group has successfully passed the main acceptance, and the project has entered the final stage of the main project as planned.

The project is located in Gongshu District, Hangzhou City, and is tentatively named Zhejiang Jin Innovation Industrial Park Project (Phase I), covering an area of approximately 25000 square meters. The company has undertaken the steel structure engineering of the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd office buildings and the 7th corridor of the project. Among them, the 1st building has 14 floors on the ground and 3 floors underground, the 2nd building has 22 floors on the ground and 3 floors underground, the 3rd building has 24 floors on the ground and 3 floors underground, and the 7th corridor has 2 floors on the ground. The main body adopts a mixed structure system of steel (steel pipe) concrete frame reinforced concrete core tube, with steel columns using square steel pipe concrete columns and frame beams using H-shaped steel beams. The core tube adopts cast-in-place reinforced concrete floor, and the core tube adopts reinforced truss floor support plate. The total construction area of the steel structure project is about 160000 square meters, including an above ground construction area of about 99000 square meters and an underground construction area of more than 60000 square meters. The total steel consumption is about 8400 tons, and the contract amount exceeds 110 million yuan.

The installation of the first steel column in the basement of the steel structure was carried out on June 6, 2023, and the main lifting was fully completed on January 15, 2024, taking only 180 days, which was 22 days ahead of schedule and successfully completed the roof. In the implementation of the project, the company carefully planned and deployed the processing of steel components, material delivery, and lifting operations based on the actual situation on the project site and combined with the construction technology plan. The PDCA cycle management control was adopted to ensure the orderly connection of production, transportation, and construction operations. The steel components were transported to the site and put into lifting operations in sequence, successfully solving the problem of a large number of components but a small construction site, and ensuring the safe, efficient, and smooth progress of the project construction.
In the construction of the project, the company's technical personnel have carried out multiple technological innovations based on the characteristics of the project. The successfully developed "a retractable floor support plate lifting bracket", "a magnetic foldable fire receiving bucket", and "a portable safety belt hanging device for steel structure high-altitude operations" effectively solve the problem of damage to large-span floor support plates during lifting, and fundamentally solve the fire safety hazards of high-altitude hot work operations, ensuring the safety of steel structure installation and cross operation of various units, and improving construction efficiency. Currently, three technologies have been applied for technical patents. Through technological innovation and the implementation and application of R&D technology, the technical personnel also wrote one technical paper and cooperated with the general contractor to research and write one QC team technical achievement, "Improving the one-time pre embedding qualification rate of core tube steel structure pre embedded parts". This achievement has now been applied for provincial level technical achievements, and the company's technical strength, construction strength, and innovative R&D capabilities have been fully demonstrated in the project implementation process.
The successful acceptance of the steel structure main body of the project is the result of the company's high attention and close cooperation between various departments and the project department.
