The company is growing stronger and new and old employees are constantly inheriting it. Two employee representatives shared their insights and experiences during the event. Chief Engineer Wu Xiaoyu shared that during his six years in the company, he has learned numerous skills in business knowledge, job skills, communication, and other aspects. He thanks the company for its care and cultivation, the leaders for their help and guidance, and the colleagues for their encouragement and companionship. Fang Yanan from the design institute shared that she received help and patient guidance from her leaders and colleagues when she encountered problems and confusion after joining last year. She felt a warm and strong sense of belonging, problem-solving, and achievement. In the future, she will strengthen her learning, master more professional knowledge, continuously improve her personal value, and achieve better results in her position. She also wishes the company continued development.
In addition, the event also arranged exciting game activities. The female compatriots present were divided into 5 groups to participate in a collective rope jumping competition and a fun hula hoop game. Each group worked together in unity, following the principle of friendship first and competition second, and worked hard to compete for first place. After two rounds of intense competition, the first and third groups finally won the first and second prizes respectively.
The successful holding of this event has deeply impressed the female compatriots with the care and warmth of the company. Everyone has gained a lot of happiness and friendship, and has also experienced the joy of teamwork, enhancing team cohesion and sense of belonging. Everyone expressed their desire to turn this happiness into work motivation.
