Recently, the second session of the third skills competition of Zhongnan Green Construction Group was held as scheduled. The skills competition was divided into two venues, one of which was located at the Fuyang production base and conducted by administrative staff and centralized procurement departments. With the support and cooperation of the production base, the competition was successfully held, and the skills competition of the Chief Engineer's Office was held at the headquarters.

functional department

Participants: Administrative Specialist, Administrative Assistant

Judges: Liu Jihu, Li Yongxing, Li Da, Han Chenyun, Zhang Cheng, Zhan Yanli

This competition is attended by administrative staff from various functional departments of the headquarters and base, including the Human Resources Department, Administrative Office, Comprehensive Planning Department, etc. The competition is divided into three categories by drawing lots: mandatory questions, group quiz questions, and group practice questions. Especially in the grouping stage, a "3+2" combination mode is adopted, with three members of each group being headquarters staff and two members being base staff. The competition covers the company's corporate culture, basic information, production base process, production status, and administrative related professional knowledge. During the group quiz session, the atmosphere at the competition site was lively, and the contestants were full of fighting spirit. Members of each group actively offered suggestions and ideas, fully demonstrating the spirit of teamwork. During the process of actively answering questions, the lights frequently went off.

After the second session, Hu Jun, Deputy General Manager of Zhejiang Zhongnan Steel Structure, led the contestants to visit the workshop of the production base, introducing the production process of the base, the manufacturing technology of large components, and the operation of production equipment.

The last practical question is for each group to choose one from the perspective of the company's development, business dynamics, advanced models, social welfare, and other aspects to write an external communication report related to the production base. Members of each group collect pictures, text, data, and other materials on their own, and after completion, representatives from each group will report. The judging panel will score each participating group in turn. After fierce competition, the first group will be selected as the first prize and the sixth group will be selected as the second prize based on the scoring by the judging panel.

Centralized Procurement Department

Participants: Purchasing Officer, Warehouse Manager

The main content of this skills competition for the centralized procurement department is procurement related knowledge, including warehouse management, material inbound and outbound, goods storage, supplier management, departmental responsibilities, and other related content. The competition was conducted in a "race against time" format, with players highly focused and holding their breath, competing with their brains and speed. The three teams chased after each other, staging a tense and exciting "battle". The scores of each team gradually widened, and the tense atmosphere on site reached its peak. Finally, the third group won the first prize, and the first group won the second prize.

Chief Designer's Office

Participants: Technical Scheme Engineer, Construction Scheme Engineer, Visualization Engineer

Judges: Chen Zhi, Chai Kun, Xie Xiaodong, Jiang Yongyang

The skills competition organized by the Chief Engineer's Office is divided into eight groups. Taking the "Zero Carbon Smart Industrial Park Infrastructure Project" as an example, each group considers the comprehensiveness, completeness, and feasibility of the plan from the perspective of technical implementation, and supports the rationality of the plan through clear renderings and rigorous verification content. They complete the construction plan within the specified time and report it as a PPT. The judging panel evaluated the construction organization and preparation abilities of each group from three aspects: technical proposal text, rendering, and verification content. During the PPT presentation, each group will introduce their proposal and answer questions from the judges. After the competition, the first group won the first prize and the third group won the second prize.

This skills competition not only consolidated and improved the basic skill level of employees, but also provided a platform for them to learn and exercise their skills in depth.
