Recently, the third skills competition of Zhongnan Green Construction Group officially kicked off. The first skills competition will be held separately by the sales system composed of the Ministry of Commerce and the Sales Department, as well as the design institute. The atmosphere at the competition site was tense and intense, with each group of contestants engaging in fierce competition, fully demonstrating the company's employees' ability to work together and achieve win-win results.

Sales system

The sales system skills competition is conducted in the form of a knowledge competition, and each group of contestants needs to answer questions within a specified time, mainly testing their mastery of the company's basic situation and professional knowledge. The number of participating teams and their members will be divided into 5 groups by drawing lots. The competition topics cover various aspects such as the company's basic situation, professional knowledge, current affairs and politics, industry trends, and common sense of life, fully testing the contestants' knowledge reserves and adaptability.

The third stage is an open case study where contestants need to analyze the given case information, provide their own insights and suggestions, and elaborate on the key points of project bidding and business negotiation processes. The answer to this section mainly tests the contestants' practical operational ability and innovative thinking. Finally, the second group won the first prize, and the first group won the second prize.

Design and Research Institute

The Design and Research Institute Skills Competition is also conducted in the form of a knowledge competition, with participants divided into 9 groups by drawing lots. The competition covers construction knowledge, including structural construction, architectural construction, basic knowledge, welding construction, engineering applications, etc.

In the open case question section, contestants answer three open-ended questions, including "What measures should be taken to cope with temperature stress in large-span steel structures", analyze the questions, and elaborate on their respective groups' views. This stage requires contestants to comprehensively apply their learned knowledge and methods to solve practical problems encountered in the work process, testing their practical application and innovation abilities. Finally, the first prize was won by the seventh group, the second prize was won by the fourth group, and the third prize was won by the third group.

By holding this skills competition, the company aims to improve the professional and operational skills of its employees, further stimulate their enthusiasm for learning, practicing, and comparing skills, enhance team cohesion, and improve overall business level. At the same time, it also helps employees to learn and exchange skills, understand industry trends, and better contribute to the development of the company.
