With the arrival of November, the product upgrade and process optimization technology transformation project of Zhejiang Yuxin Industrial Co., Ltd., undertaken by Zhongnan Green Construction Group, has finally completed the installation of nearly 16000 tons of steel structure main body after 200 days of hard work, laying a solid foundation for the timely completion of the overall project.
The project is located in Jinyun County, Lishui City, Zhejiang Province, with a total construction area of about 145000 square meters, a height of about 46.1 meters, and a steel consumption of about 18000 tons. It belongs to a heavy-duty steel structure factory building, with a total of 8 spans and a maximum span of 30 meters.
In terms of planning and design, the project adheres to a demand-oriented approach and has distinct overall characteristics. One is that the columns in the factory building are made of lattice columns, which not only have good compressive and bending resistance, but also save steel and reduce costs. The second is that the maximum lifting tonnage of indoor cranes is 280 tons, and the maximum lifting unit length of crane beams is 23.99 meters, which can effectively meet production needs. The third is that the roof of the factory building is made of angular aluminum material YX114-333-666, which has good high temperature resistance and corrosion resistance.
In component production, the various links of the production system are united and efficiently coordinated. Each team in the production base takes turns working, racing against time. The welding team unites the strength of welding experts, rotating day and night to ensure 100% first-class weld quality. The personnel of the quality inspection department work day and night to conduct precise tracking and timely inspection of each weld seam. At the same time, the logistics support team is also fully committed to providing support and services. After more than a month of relentless fighting, 435 lattice columns have successfully completed their production tasks, ensuring effective progress in subsequent construction.
During the construction period, the workers worked tirelessly and silently persevered. Faced with the dazzling summer sunshine and overwhelming heat waves, the workers' enthusiasm remains undiminished. Their dark skin is their "protective color", and layers of sweat stains are their "exclusive medal". Faced with tight deadlines and heavy tasks, workers race against time, fight against hunger and labor, accompany steel bars, drink together with the night, overcome themselves with tenacious perseverance, and pour sweat into the fruits of their struggle.
In addition, the company has taken multiple effective measures to expedite the project. Firstly, a special meeting was held to carefully deploy various links and personnel, opening up a "special priority green channel" from material procurement to component production, and then to finished product transportation. Secondly, during production and manufacturing, the node length of the components was maximized, effectively reducing the amount of on-site assembly and welding operations. At the same time, the company has also obtained a special material transportation permit to ensure that ultra long and ultra wide components can be transported to the construction site.
Currently, the project has entered the installation phase of the roof and enclosure system. It is expected to complete the steel structure construction task in January next year and officially put into use in July. After production and operation, it will greatly increase steel production capacity, achieve product iteration and upgrading, effectively drive economic growth in Jinyun County and even Lishui City, and promote the leapfrog high-quality development of 26 mountainous counties.
