On July 25th, the project underwent completion acceptance, and leaders from the Housing and Urban Rural Development Bureau, as well as relevant parties such as construction, supervision, and general contracting, attended the acceptance meeting. The leaders of the Housing and Urban Rural Development Bureau conducted quality appraisal and comprehensive evaluation of the project through listening to reports on the construction situation and inspecting the engineering entity. Representatives from all parties involved in the project unanimously agree that the physical quality of the project meets the requirements of the design specifications and quality standards, and unanimously agree to pass the completion acceptance.

The project is located in Xihu District, Hangzhou City, with a total of three office buildings and a total construction area of over 87400 square meters. It has 10 floors above ground and 2 floors underground. Building 1 has a height of 49.9 meters, Building 2 has a height of 44.45 meters, and Building 3 has a height of 45.4 meters. Firstly, the construction period is tight, with only 195 calendar days for the installation of the main structure, and various unfavorable weather factors such as cold winter, rain, snow, and high temperature must be overcome during construction; Secondly, the yard is narrow, with all components concentrated in a yard of only about 500 square meters; Thirdly, the number of tower cranes is small, with only two tower cranes capable of lifting approximately 6800 steel components in three buildings, resulting in long lifting times.
To solve various difficulties and achieve the project schedule goals, the project management team has adopted various measures: firstly, to rush the construction period while ensuring safety; A 50 ton truck crane was arranged on the yard for rapid unloading and transportation, and a 150 ton large truck crane was added at the optimal location for lifting large components under partial tower crane conditions, greatly reducing waiting time; In addition, timely increase construction personnel to quickly complete large-scale installation work; The construction process adopts a 24-hour two shift system for continuous construction, which improves the speed of construction and installation. The project management team and various construction teams made every effort to carry out the construction and closely cooperated with other units for cross operation, ensuring the smooth completion of the project.
