In order to implement the relevant requirements of the "Implementation Opinions of the General Office of the Hangzhou Municipal People's Government on Promoting High quality Development of the Construction Industry", promote the promotion and application of the applicable technology system, process methods, and component parts for prefabricated buildings in construction projects in Hangzhou, enhance technological innovation capabilities, and promote the development of the prefabricated building industry, the company's "corrugated steel plate composite structure system" has been recognized as a member of the Hangzhou Prefabricated Building Applicable Technology Promotion Catalogue (2023) list after preliminary review by the Hangzhou New Building Industrialization Coordination Group Office, expert evaluation, and public announcement on the Hangzhou Construction Network.


The evaluation conclusion of the system in 2017 was that the research results have generally reached the international advanced level. In addition to theoretical and experimental research, the company has also developed the industry standard T/CECS624-2019 "Technical Specification for Corrugated Steel Plate Composite Structures", which was officially released in March 2020. The standard plays a key role in the implementation of this technology project, guiding project design and construction, participating in the atlas "Design Examples of Prefabricated Steel Structure Residential Buildings" and "Integrated Design of Prefabricated Steel Structure Residential Buildings" edited by the Chinese Academy of Standards, and publishing a total of 14 related papers.
The waveform steel plate composite structural system includes waveform steel plate composite shear walls, steel-concrete columns and steel beams, as well as wall beam nodes. The main anti lateral force components are divided into two categories: corrugated steel plate concrete composite walls and embedded corrugated steel plate ductile walls.
Scope of Application
The waveform steel plate composite structure system is suitable for multi story and high-rise buildings, such as residential buildings, hospitals, schools, office buildings, etc., with a building height of up to 100 meters. Among them, the steel frame embedded corrugated steel plate ductile wall structure is mainly used for buildings around 80m, and the steel frame corrugated steel plate composite shear wall structure is mainly used for 80m-100m and high-intensity areas.
