The project is located in Gaoxin Binjiang District, Hangzhou City, Zhejiang Province. The pedestrian bridge has an "I" shape with a length of 227.3 meters and a span of 12-24 meters. The main bridge deck is 4.8-10.63 meters wide, and the bridge bottom is about 5.3 meters above the ground. The upper part of the main bridge adopts a 2-meter-high steel box girder structure, while the approach bridge, pedestrian walkways, and escalators adopt a 2-meter-1.3-meter-high gradually intersecting steel box girder structure. The lower part of the structure adopts drilled cast-in-place piles connected to concrete columns, with a total steel consumption of about 980 tons.
