The project is located in Xihu District, Hangzhou City, Zhejiang Province. It consists of three office buildings with a total construction area of over 87400 square meters. The above ground area is about 50600 square meters, and the underground area is about 36900 square meters, all of which have 10 floors above ground and 2 floors underground. The height of Building 1 is 49.9 meters, Building 2 is 44.45 meters, and Building 3 is 45.4 meters. The total steel consumption of the project is about 6500 tons. The layout of the three buildings echoes each other, with a dynamic and atmospheric appearance, and a very distinctive modern architectural feature.
