Recently, the steel structure project (Phase I) of the Zhejiang Jin Innovation Industrial Park project undertaken by the company has entered the stage of steel structure main ground construction after several days of continuous underground operations.

The project is located in Gongshu District, Hangzhou City, with a total land area of approximately 24700 square meters and a total of buildings 1-7. Among them, Zhongnan Green Construction Group undertook the steel structure engineering of buildings 1 #, 2 #, 3 #, and 7 # of the project, with a total construction area of approximately 159500 square meters. Buildings 1 and 2 are high-rise R&D workshops. Building 1 has 14 floors and a building height of 61.1 meters, while Building 2 has 22 floors and a building height of 94.7 meters; Building 3 is a 24 story super high-rise R&D workshop with a height of 103.1 meters; Building 7 is a 2-story corridor connecting buildings 1-3. The project completed the first section of steel column hoisting on June 6, 2023.
In the process of project implementation, the company takes "ensuring Qianjiang Cup and striving for Luban Award" as the overall construction goal, strictly implements various links such as component processing, transportation, loading and unloading, construction and installation, strictly controls project quality and progress, and conducts various technical disclosures to ensure that the main structure of the project is constructed according to high standards. In the process of safety production management, the company strictly implements the safety production responsibility system, clarifies the safety responsibilities of personnel at all levels, and forms multiple safety inspection teams with the project management team, construction workers, safety officers, etc. to supervise in shifts, regularly inspect the implementation of safety responsibilities, and ensure the smooth and orderly progress of the project.
Although it is currently experiencing high temperatures, with the efforts of on-site management and construction personnel, the project has progressed smoothly according to the planned schedule. With the completion of the installation of one column and two beams in the main construction of buildings 1 #, 2 #, and 3 #, the building has fully entered the ground construction phase. The entire project is expected to complete the installation of the main structure by January 2024.
The on-site management personnel also stated that as a key construction project in Gongshu District during the Asian Games construction period, the company will attach great importance to this project, strengthen project management, schedule control, and construction safety. At the same time, the production base will also provide timely production and supply, orderly promote various work, ensure the project is completed on schedule, accumulate valuable work experience for the company, and help the company develop with high quality.
