New record! The 240 meter super high-rise building constructed by the company has been completed

Recently, as the exterior wall decoration of the building is nearing completion, the main construction of two 240 meter super high-rise buildings, Green City Excellence · Aoxuan City (Binjiang Excellence Times Square), has been announced as fully completed, once again setting a new record for the company's high-rise buildings.

The project is located in the Hangzhou High tech Binjiang District, which is known as the "international waterfront". The high-rise building consists of two super high-rise buildings A and B, as well as a high-rise building and its affiliated podium in Building C. The company has undertaken the steel structure main project of Buildings A and B, both of which have a height of 240 meters, 3 underground floors, and 70 above ground floors, with a total construction area of over 139000 square meters. The main structure of the two buildings adopts a frame shear wall structure, and the steel columns are cross shaped rigid columns.


During project construction, the project management team strictly follows the special construction technology plan formulated by the company for installation operations, achieving sequential construction and progress. In the process of quality control, timely measurement and retesting of each benchmark point are strictly carried out to ensure accurate installation of the main body. On site welding is carried out for a large number of cross stiffness column joints, and the one-time inspection pass rate of welding quality reaches 100%. In the cross operation of various units, each team closely cooperates with other construction units to work in a limited space in sequence, ensuring the smooth progress of construction in each unit.

In the implementation of the project, in response to the construction difficulties encountered, the company successfully developed the technology of "an ultrasonic flaw detector auxiliary device for welding seam detection in narrow spaces", which solved the problem of inaccurate data for internal welding seam ultrasonic non-destructive testing of asymmetric cross shaped rigid components used in the production and manufacturing of this project due to limited space, improved detection efficiency, and ensured production quality. This technology has become a national utility model patent; Technicians also summarized the installation and processing technology of such steel columns, and wrote and published a paper on "Asymmetric Cross shaped Steel Structure Assembly Forming Technology", providing a more scientific and practical technical process for the production of similar components.
