In order to celebrate the 102nd anniversary of the founding of the CPC, and deeply study and implement the spirit of the 20th CPC National Congress, on July 22, the party branch of Central South Green Construction Group held a celebration conference in the conference room on the 16th floor of the headquarters with the theme of "tracing the source and realizing the mandate, thanksgiving and striving for a new journey", and 35 party members attended the conference in Hangzhou. Secretary Wang Yuwei hopes that all party members will be baptized again in their thoughts and souls in the pursuit of historical footprints, further stimulate the vitality of the party organization, and fully play the role of pioneers and models in their work and life during the party class. The company belongs to the first tier in the industry, and the skills and qualities of each party member must also reach the level of the first tier. We are the core force of the company's development, and our ideas, qualities, and skills must be coordinated. We cannot just shout slogans, but reflect them through actions; Faced with the severe market and economic situation, we must seize the opportunity, seize the initiative, and work hard with ingenuity. The party class consists of two parts:
Part One: Learn and believe, strengthen ideals and beliefs through ideological refinement.
1、 Deeply understand the value and significance. We should study General Secretary Xi Jinping's important article "Strive to Grow into Loyal, Reliable, and Capable Pillars of the Party and the People, and Fulfill the Important Tasks of the Times" well, hone our political character of loyalty to the Party, establish a patriotic sentiment that does not disappoint the people, pursue a noble and pure ideological realm, cultivate solid skills that can fulfill our responsibilities, strive and dedicate ourselves to the cause of the Party and the people, and leave an indelible mark of struggle in the new era and new journey. And do the following four aspects well: first, we must build a solid foundation of ideals and beliefs, remain steadfast, and withstand the test of the waves. Secondly, we must uphold the bottom line of integrity and regularly compare it with the Party Constitution, Party rules, Party discipline, and our original aspirations and missions. To become a pillar of talent, one must cultivate strong skills, learn true knowledge, and understand the essence. We must carry forward the spirit of responsibility and struggle, face difficulties head-on, actively respond, stand firm, and charge forward. 2、 Inheriting and promoting practical experience, carrying forward the spirit of the Red Flag Canal, establishing a heroic spirit of fighting in heaven and earth, self-reliance, hard work, selfless dedication, and striving to be the most beautiful struggler. 3、 Inheriting the past and embracing the new, bravely shouldering the mission of the times, always maintaining a sense of crisis and urgency, tackling difficulties and working hard on the new journey.
We must keep in mind the "Three Hearts" requirements put forward by Secretary Wu Jianrong of the Party Committee of the Group. Firstly, we must not forget our original intention, firmly believe in our beliefs, deeply study and understand, and fulfill our mission. The second is to boost confidence, be self reliant, innovate and develop, and build into a leading enterprise in the industry. The third is to forge craftsmanship, adhere to the original intention, cultivate internal skills, enhance enterprise value and creativity, and make the enterprise stable and far-reaching.
Part 2: Learn and act, take responsibility and fulfill duties in hard work and hard work.
In the first half of the year, the project contract amount signed by the company has exceeded 55% of the annual target. In the second half of the year, all party members should bravely become the "vanguard" of self-reliance and self-improvement, and achieve the overall goal at the beginning of the year. Reform is forced by the situation and urgently needed for development. Among them, "people" are the core wealth of enterprise development, and there are 8 levels of people in any enterprise: the first level is outstanding people with high moral and talent, who devote themselves wholeheartedly, think and do things with their souls, and devote themselves wholeheartedly to the development of the unit; The second layer is the characters, who have talent, morality, courage, and knowledge. They actively and creatively complete the work from a global perspective, play a core and leading role, and are what the enterprise needs the most; The third layer is talent, whose character and ability belong to the upper class. They work from the heart, genuinely care for the enterprise, and create value for the enterprise; The fourth level is human resources, with good basic qualities and good character and ability, which should be emphasized in training; The fifth level is manpower, with virtue and talent, doing whatever is arranged; The sixth level is personnel, with average moral character and no passion for work; The seventh layer is a human hazard, with insufficient success and excessive failure, which is a hidden danger for enterprises. The eighth level of lack of talent and virtue is a corporate disaster. Require all party members to compare and warn themselves; I hope all party members can be pioneers, set good examples, play the role of exemplary pioneers, pursue the light of faith, and strive to open up new opportunities, overcome difficulties, and continue to do well.
The Party lecture also proposed that the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council recently issued a heavyweight message on promoting the development and growth of the private economy, pointing out that the private economy is an important force in promoting China's comprehensive construction of a socialist modernized strong country and achieving the second centenary goal. Key tasks were deployed in six aspects, and relevant national departments were required to increase support and assistance for private enterprises to promote their healthy and stable development. The relevant departments in Hangzhou recently issued the "Implementation Opinions on Continuously Promoting the Development of Prefabricated Buildings", which will bring more development opportunities for the company. To this end, we must actively embrace policy changes, continuously improve our technological strength and service level, and embrace a broader development stage.
Secretary Wang Yuwei finally pointed out that it is an important period to host the Hangzhou Asian Games well. Let us take a high posture and effective measures to ensure the smooth hosting of the Asian Games, unite and lead the staff to make our own contributions to promoting the high-quality development of China, South Korea and other regions.

The meeting also arranged for two probationary party members, Zhang Ke and Wang Weifeng, to give ideological reports, discuss their conversion to full membership, as well as ideological reports, political reviews, and discussions on their party member development targets, Yang Yefeng and Yu Guofei.
