Recently, with the completion of the installation of the parapet wall in the 1B smoke room of the project, the steel structure construction of the municipal solid waste incineration plant in the Anding Circular Economy Park project in Beijing has been fully completed. This huge "energy block" that implements the concept of green development and supports the "dual carbon" goal has shown its steel and iron backbone under the ingenuity of the company's project management and construction installation personnel.

The project is located in Daxing District, Beijing, covering an area of over 146000 square meters, with a total construction area of over 51000 square meters and a total steel consumption of over 20000 tons. The project design scale includes a power plant that can process 5100 tons of garbage per day, a treatment station that can process 2000 tons of leachate per day, a treatment plant that can comprehensively utilize 1200 tons of slag per day, and a treatment plant that can process 80 tons of medical waste per day. The construction unit of the project is equipped with 2 unloading rooms, 2 garbage rooms, 2 boiler rooms, 2 flue gas rooms, 1 steam turbine building, 1 main control building, and 2 car ramps. Among them, the plane size of the steel structure grid in the smoke room alone reaches 96.6 meters * 91.6 meters, with a projected area of nearly 9000 square meters.

In response to the complex and diverse structural characteristics of the project, including steel frame structures, welded ball steel truss structures, steel truss structures, and other structural forms, the project department adopts a sliding lifting method using a combination of tower cranes and truck cranes. At the same time, the computer controls the high-level cumulative sliding process to adjust the internal forces and displacements of structural members in a timely manner during the sliding process, and uses on-site sensors to monitor and control the deformation stress of the steel structure in real-time and accurately, thereby improving installation accuracy and reducing the difficulty of safety control. In addition, the project department also uses highly intelligent "smart construction platforms" and other technological means to achieve efficient flow operations and optimal allocation of various resources.

In response to the large space and span of the steel truss and steel truss structure, high difficulty in component hoisting, numerous cross operation nodes, limited individual sites, and tight construction schedule of the project, the project department optimized the construction plan and effectively ensured the orderly progress of the project through careful deployment.
In addition, the construction process also encountered the problem of insufficient on-site labor caused by the outbreak of the Beijing epidemic. To this end, the project department adopts the method of construction personnel working in two shifts 24 hours a day, and management personnel taking turns on duty to ensure that the project "does not compromise quality", "does not step on the safety red line", and "does not delay the construction period by one second".
At present, the steel structure engineering of each individual unit of the project has been successfully completed.
